DOrSU taps SeeMeSOL platform to expand career services, alumni outcomes tracking

Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) formally entered into a partnership with SeeMeSOL, Inc. through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signing held on February 2, 2026, at the Lyceum of the Philippines University–Davao, strengthening the University’s graduate employability initiatives and CHED-mandated alumni tracer study implementation.
The signing took place alongside the CHED RO XI-led Presidential Briefing and Information Session on the Platform for Graduate Employability and Alumni Tracer Studies, an activity that convened higher education leaders and student affairs services personnel across the Davao Region to scale up data-driven employability monitoring and career services.
Representing DOrSU at the MOA signing was University President Dr. Roy G. Ponce, joined by key officials Dr. Ricksterlie C. Verzosa, Mr. Arnel Leo Aranquez, and Atty. John Rey R. Codilla.
Under the MOA, SeeMeSOL will deploy and maintain a cost-free, DOrSU-branded SeeMeConnect career portal and provide training, technical support, and access to reporting and analytics to help the University track platform engagement and outcomes. DOrSU, in turn, will promote the portal among students and alumni, encourage employer participation, and assign the needed personnel and administrative support to implement and sustain the partnership.
During the forum, CHED RO XI Regional Director Dr. Maricar R. Casquejo highlighted the significance of aligning institutional decision-making with verifiable graduate outcomes and tracer study data—an approach DOrSU is adopting as it scales tools for career development, alumni tracking, and employer linkages.
In his keynote presentation on advancing employability and alumni engagement through tracer studies, SeeMeSOL Founder and Chairman David Padgett positioned the platform as a practical, no-cost mechanism to help HEIs become “smart universities” by improving employability outcomes and alumni engagement, while expanding access to opportunities beyond urban centers.
Anchored on DOrSU’s GROWTH framework—particularly the pillars of World-class Digital Transformation and Optimized Accreditation—the partnership is expected to strengthen alumni tracking and job-readiness services by linking students and graduates with employers and career resources through a unified digital portal. University officials said the initiative supports ongoing efforts to improve graduate outcomes and widen career pathways for DOrSU learners.
