DOrSU Awards Employees at CSC’s 125th Anniversary Opening

Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) honored employees during its flag-raising ceremony today, September 1, which also marked the opening of the 125th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary celebration.

Through the Human Resource Development Services, the university recognized employees with perfect attendance and secretaries who handled payroll preparation. They were cited for their role in ensuring consistent reporting to work and the timely processing of salaries.

DOrSU President Dr. Roy G. Ponce congratulated the awardees and encouraged everyone to continue exemplifying discipline, integrity, and commitment in public service. He also underscored the importance of unity and collective effort in fulfilling the university’s mandate.

This year’s anniversary carries the theme “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing para sa Bayan.” It highlights the contribution of government workers in building a Bagong Pilipinas through patriotism, excellence, and integrity in public service. (DOrSU PIO)
