Geo-spatial Dynamics of COVID-19 Pandemic Onset in Davao City
𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗣𝗨𝗕𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗜𝗖𝗘
DOrSU Assistant Professor Phoebe Nemenzo-Calica co-authored the paper titled “Geo-spatial Dynamics of COVID-19 Pandemic Onset in Davao City,” recently published in the CMU Journal of Science.
The paper discussed that there is a high correlation between the number of COVID-19 infections and population densities. This indicates that the dense population may have contributed to the spread of the COVID-19 infection in Davao City, Philippines.
