DOrSU Strengthens Quality Assurance Efforts at 38th AACCUP National Conference

Delegates from Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) Academic Divisions join the 38th Annual National Conference and 2025 General Assembly of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), Inc. The event is held on March 5-7 at Marikina Polytechnic College, Metro Manila.
With the theme, “Elevate, Empower, and Expand QA in Higher Education,” the conference serves as a platform to enhance the overall quality of education and ensure that State Colleges and Universities (SUCs) integrate and adapt new technologies and digital tools in their programs. This initiative aims to raise the standards of quality assurance (QA) in higher education through innovative strategies and best practices. Furthermore, the event empowers educators, administrators, and QA professionals by equipping them with the necessary knowledge, competencies, attitudes, and values required to implement effective QA processes. It also expands QA practices by fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among institutions and partners in higher education globally.
Representing DOrSU are Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Cheryll L. Bautista; Chancellor for Satellite and Extension Campuses, Dr. Roque N. Langcoy II; QA Office Director, Dr. Romeo J. Redulla; and Deans and Administrators from various university faculties and campuses, including Dr. Helina Jean P. Dupa, Dr. Michelle Suzanne L. Tabotabo, Dr. Eleanor M. Vilela, Dr. Gemma M. Valdez, Dr. Analie B. Nemenzo, Ms. Purisima Navarro-Tampus, Dr. Rex S. Aparicio, Dr. Rizaldy V. Maypa, and Dr. Gorjel E. Llanita.
With its active participation, DOrSU is poised to strengthen its commitment to quality education, ensuring that its academic programs remain at par with national and international standards.
