In this paper, the authors recorded the distribution and ecology of Metapocyrtus (Metapocyrtus) ged Cabras & Medina, 2021, a Mindanao-endemic species. The researchers recorded the species in Bukidnon and Cotabato region and provided information on its food plants, habitat, and potential threats.
