DOrSU, ACPC to create programs on financial services for farmers, fisherfolks
DOrSU President, Dr. Roy G. Ponce, along with Vice President Dr. Misael B. Clapano, and Cooperative Development Center Director, Ms. Jeni A. Nicolas, convened with guests from the Agricultural Credit Policy Council (ACPC), led by Mr. Charleston M. Dulay, PEO V, on March 5, 2024, at the Office of the DOrSU President.
The two parties discussed creating programs aimed at promoting access to sustained financial services for farmers and fisherfolks.
The ACPC serves as the Program Oversight of the Agricultural Microfinance Program (AMCFP), ensuring the funds are utilized for the intended beneficiaries to support the Department of Agriculture’s priority programs. (DOrSU PIO)
