The certificates were formally awarded by CSC Davao Oriental Provincial Director Edna A. Plata, accompanied by Mr. Bob Timothy M. Ibojo, CSC Supervising Human Resource Field Specialist, in a ceremony held on March 13 at the Office of the University President, DOrSU Main Campus.
The CNA certifications, valid until October 21, 2028, affirm the commitment of both faculty and administrative employees to work together with the university in promoting efficiency, productivity, and employee welfare. These agreements establish a framework for improving the delivery of public service through cooperation and mutual understanding between employees and the administration.
The event was attended by the officers of both FU and ASSSO, who expressed their gratitude for the successful registration of the CNAs. Director Plata commended the organizations for their dedication to advancing the interests of faculty and support staff, highlighting the importance of the CNA in fostering a conducive and supportive work environment.
University officials likewise acknowledged the employees’ organizations for their active participation in initiatives promoting employee development and institutional progress. The successful CNA registration is expected to enhance workplace conditions, strengthen employee engagement, and further support the university’s mission of delivering high-quality education and public service.
This recognition of FU’s and ASSSO’s CNA underscores DOrSU’s dedication to fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development, ensuring that the university remains a dynamic and supportive institution for its workforce.
