COA Conducts Entrance Conference at DOrSU

The Commission on Audit (COA), represented by Ms. Arleen S. Betonio, State Auditor V and Regional Supervising Auditor; Mr. Joseph N. Quibol, CPA, State Auditor III and Audit Team Leader; and Mr. Ricky M. Pitallar, State Auditor Examiner II and Audit Team Member, held its entrance conference at Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) today, December 19, to discuss the scope, objectives, and timeline of the upcoming audit of the university’s financial operations.

University officials, led by DOrSU President Dr. Roy G. Ponce, and COA representatives emphasized the importance of transparency, accountability, and compliance with government regulations to ensure the effective management of public funds. The conference also provided a platform to clarify expectations and address initial queries related to the audit process.
