Printing Press Owner from Luzon Signs Trademark Agreement with DOrSU
Erzalan Printing Press from Quezon City, Metro Manila, signed a Trademark License Agreement with Davao Oriental State University (DOrSU) on April 1 at the University Boardroom.
The agreement allows Erzalan Printing Press to use the “Davao Oriental State University Logo” commercially.
According to the agreement, DOrSU will provide information on the trademark, conduct training if needed, and ensure the quality and legality of the goods and services bearing the university’s logo. In turn, Erzalan Printing Press will follow the trademark specifications and provide resources for production and marketing.
The agreement also states that Erzalan Printing Press cannot transfer, assign, or sublicense the trademark without DOrSU’s written consent.
DOrSU President Dr. Roy G. Ponce is optimistic about the collaboration, emphasizing the commitment to upholding the integrity of DOrSU’s trademark while leveraging it to enhance its services. Erlinda E. Punzalan, owner of Erzalan Printing Press, affirms the university’s commitment to the partnership.
