President Ponce encourages new faculty members to coach each other
“Coach each other to improve performance,” says DOrSU President Dr. Roy G. Ponce, during today’s conference of newly-hired faculty members at the university grad school library.
Addressing the new faculty members, President Ponce urged them to foster a culture of innovation and excellence, stressing the importance of evolving to meet future challenges. He underscored the need for adaptability, citing niche and branding, coaching, mentoring, and conflict management as essential pillars for success.
Furthermore, Dr. Ponce emphasized the significance of creating a supportive environment within the university. He encouraged faculty members to voice their concerns through proper channels and to pursue further education to enhance instructional quality.
