The releasing of the yearbooks continues!
The Catalyst informs our dear graduates who haven’t claimed their yearbooks yet that the office is still open for claimants, every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday – from 9 AM to 3 PM, at the Catalyst office beside the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), DOrSU Gymnasium.
Visible on the window of the office is :”CLAIMING OF YEARBOOK”, an area designated for you to claim your repository of college memories.
Upon claiming your yearbook, please submit the following requirements:
*OFFICIAL RECEIPT (O.R.); and
*duly signed AUTHORIZATION LETTER if you opt to send a representative on your behalf.
